Everyone was really friendly. When I went to check out, I explained to the staff the problem with not cleaning my room. They comped me one night stay and $100 off my bill. I did not even ask!

Location was great. Bed & pillows were comfy. The breakfast food was amazing!! Valet was fast & efficient. The digital key was new to me and took some getting used to, but I enjoyed skipping the lines and not keeping track of a key card.

Loved the location. We were there for baseball games and it was perfect. Also liked that there were places to eat at the hotel and breakfast was great!

Location, restaurant breakfast buffet, lunch in the lounge (received WOW service from the waitress/bartender who was overwhelmed by the sudden crowd)

We loved the view of the Arch! Made it hard to leave the room! Was also cool to “people watch” as people were leaving the Cardinals game.

I paid for a stadium view and got the most amazing view of Busch Stadium. So, if you're an avid sports fan. I would definitely request a stadium view. Also, you're about a mile and half from Enterprise Center and a block away from Busch Stadium so you could easily just walk.

The location was amazing since I was attending a concert at Busch stadium. This was my second time staying here for a concert. The price is high, but the location is prime. The breakfast buffet is amazing, too. Dale is an amazing server, and his personality is fantastic. We enjoyed his company while dining.
